In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Store User Data Policy, you can request the permanent erasure of your account and associated personal data processed by AVM AUDIO VIDEO RECORDING STUDIO (CreatorMitra).

Your request to permanently delete your account and personal data has been logged with AVM AUDIO VIDEO RECORDING STUDIO. Our data protection team will verify your registered mobile number and complete the erasure within 7 business days.

How to Delete In-App
- Open the CreatorMitra app on your Android or iOS device.
- Go to the Profile / Account tab.
- Tap on Settings & Privacy.
- Select Account Security > Delete My Account.
- Confirm with your 6-digit OTP verification.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Personal identity (Name, Mobile, Email, Profile picture).
- Connected Instagram handles & follower metrics.
- Bank account & UPI payout records from active database.
- FCM & APNs Push notification device tokens.
- Unpublished video draft media files.
Data Retained by Law
Past completed tax invoices, GST transaction ledgers, and payout UTR logs are retained for the statutory period mandated under Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and financial regulations.
